LOBSTERFEST MENU
Served nightly, in addition to our relgular menu, through the end of September
"New England Lobster Bisque" with organic parsley oil
"Hot and Crunchy Lobster Sliders" - crispy lobster cake on mini rolls with avocado mayonnaise, Chinese coleslaw and ancho chili sauce
"Lobster Mac & Cheese" - with tender chunks of lobster and aged Vermont cheddar cheese mixed with penne pasta snd topped with reggiano parmesan, baked golden brown
"Flame Kissed, Grilled 1.5 lb. Lobster" - basted with garlic, dill, parsley and thyme and served with drawn butter
"Surf & Turf for Two" - 16 oz. bone in rib eye steak with peppercorn and cabernet red wine sauce and a steamed 1.5 pound lobster with drawn butter
"Lobster Americaine" - whole sauteed lobster with tomatoes, shallots and garlic with fresh tarragon, thyme and parsely flamed with cognac
"Lobster Thermidor" - lobster sauteed with shallots, white wine, chopped rtarragon, garlic, parsley, cream and Dijon mustard, put back in the shell, topped with parmesan reggiano and baked golden brown
