Chilata (Pepper & Herb Crusted) Steak

Ingredients: 1 quality steak of your choice per person 

Herbed Crust:
3 sprigs fresh rosemary
5 sprigs fresh thyme
2 oz. mixed, dried, crushed peppercorns
4 cloves garlic, crushed

Blend ingredients.
